Metro Atlanta and Marietta's Best Plumbing Tips

More Winter Plumbing Tips

If you have outdoor spigots or faucets, they will freeze in our cold temperatures that we're having. Here a two valuable tips from VIP Property Management, a licensed plumber.

  1. Is your garden hose still attached to the spigot? Remove that garden hose before it starts to freeze.
  2. Do you already have isolation valves installed in your crawl space or in your basement? If you don't, then call us at 770-906-2838. Once these valves are installed, the water to the hose bib will be able to be shut off from the inside.
If you need tips on how to keep your pipes from freezing and how to save money on septic tank treatment, just go to our previous blog. If your pipes are already frozen, don't hesitate to call us. We don't let a little snow scare us; go on and give us a call.
