Clogged drains are a common problem. If you have already tried to solve the problem by removing the joints underneath the sink (the bathroom or kitchen, in this case) and after the water falls into the receptacle that you have placed under the pipe, you still have a clogged sink---your problem is more serious than you can handle. Contact us at VIP Property Management at 770-906-2838. Licensed by the state of Georgia, you will get prompt, extremely professional service as our customers will confirm. Our toilet tip will follow this blog-don't miss it!

A few (and this is a very short list) things that we handle:

Toilet Tip
Just in case you want to be prepared for a backup toilet, you should have three (3) things available:
  • a flange plunger--dome-shaped plunger
  • a toilet auger (also known as a water closet auger)
  • a bucket --to pour warm water directly down the toilet drain several times if the plunger and auger don't work
If these fail, call us at 770-906-2838 immediately. We are licensed plumbers in Georgia.

  1. Thanks for the plumbing tips. I didn't know that pouring warm water directly into the toilet drain would help, but i tried it and it works. Thanks!
